As a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), you will assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in supervising the construction of civil and structural works. You will ensure that all activities comply with project specifications and Building Control regulations, supporting the efficient execution of construction tasks.

This is for an initial 12 months contract but can be renewable subject to project needs.

• Assist the RE in providing supervision for construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Quality control of all civil, structural and architectural works.
• Monitor progress of the works on site and any off-site manufacturing facilities as well as report delays immediately.
• Support in maintaining records of works, materials, equipment, and contractor schedules, ensuring site safety and compliance.
• Help manage the site office, ensuring cleanliness, proper filing systems, seating arrangements, office security, and maintenance of office equipment.
• Provide standing supervision as and when required by contractors and provide full support to the RE in communicating instructions and ensuring that works are carried out accordingly.
• Check drawings, documents and report discrepancies.

Is this role right for you?

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Registered and Practising RTO’s certificate for the past 5 years
• Relevant experience in supervising substructure construction, bored piling works, precast construction and buildings with at least eight storeys
• Good working knowledge of concrete precast works and compliance to local building regulations
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried out
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player with other site staff
• Past work experience in healthcare, residential or institutional projects.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide back office functions support for Investment products for Corporate Action events (such as Proxy meetings/Stock splits and mergers) and dividend payments

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist (Bangaldesh coverage) to join our growing Singapore office.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for providing customer service to a portfolio of bank customers, sharing leadership role with relationship managers.
• Primary servicing responsibility for Bangladesh customers but will cover other geographies subject to business requirement.
