• Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check-in & out and all related matters
• Handle work injury claims
• Handle flight ticket purchase
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record
• Initiate plans and activities for a cohesive working environment
• Manage general office administration works such as maintaining office facilities, panty/ stationary supplies, letter preparation
• Assist in sourcing the vendors for office equipment, software, etc
• Verify the invoices an prepare payment form
• Sorting of incoming mails and arranging of courier services
• Maintain proper documentation of employee records
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least 2 years relevant experience is preferred
• Degree in any qualifications
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
• 5.5 days / 6 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
• Willing to work in Construction Site
• Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure

• Assist with onsite audits/investigations for Homes/Shelters.
• Guide Homes/Shelters on adhering to advisories/service models.
• Complete post-audit checklists and prepare Onsite Assurance (OA) reports.
• Follow up on audit findings, addressing lapses and recommendations.
• Track MP referrals, feedback, and complaints.
• Collate and analyze reports for Homes.
• Assist with Guest-of-Honour invitations and draft incident report submissions.
• Collate and track data for planning.
• Coordinate distribution of donated items like PPEs.
• Organize and coordinate meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and interact with Homes/stakeholders regarding guidelines and requirements.
• Proficient in data analysis.
• Report writing skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of engagement technologies (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
