Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end daily commercial operations aspect.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to organize the deployment of engineers on board vessels, both locally and overseas.
• Prepare quotations, work estimates, necessary documents, and invoices.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Keep the Operation Department informed with regular updates on all ongoing and prospective jobs.
• Ensure all sales records are accurate and current.
• Compile and prepare sales reports for quarterly management review.
• Monitor and follow up on any outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
