• To label and keep records of existing and new Science teaching and learning materials and laboratory apparatus such as teachers’ desk copies, reference books, DVDs, lab apparatus and chemicals, etc;
• To maintain loan records of Science Resources;
• To pack and organize the resources in the Science Rooms. Ensure that the Science rooms are clean and conducive for lessons;
• To ensure laboratory equipment, materials and specimens are in good working conditions. Conduct stock-take at least twice a year. Assist to update the stock record and breakage record to initiate ordering of replacements, when necessary;
• To ensure proper disposal of waste materials such as sharp waste objects and chemicals;
• To ensure safety of students in the Science rooms. Record and report any incidents to Science HOD / LH. Maintain a laboratory incident log book;
• To check that safety devices in the laboratory, such as emergency eye-washers, showers and fire extinguishers are working;
• To perform any duties assigned by the Science HOD / Level Representative.

1. Perform document checks on Instruction (i.e., Board Resolution, Structured Form) for change of account signatories.
2. Conduct ID&V (identification & Verification) where EWSS (Enterprise-Wide Surveillance System) screening is performed for new directors and/or new-to-bank signatory.
3. Create customer profile records for new signers in core banking systems
4. Compare & identify required changes for account signatories
5. Ensure account signatories details and account operating requirements are properly maintained and updated.
6. Ensure all tasks assigned are carried out in accordance with the operating and compliance procedures.
7. Participate in department’s initiatives (process improvements, system enhancements etc.) e.g., Work across business and technology lines and functions to define, analyze and lead improvements to business processes and procedures in line with best practice, regulatory and legal compliance.
8. Ensure all requests are processed within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA)
9. Coordinate and follow up discrepancy items with relevant parties promptly and escalate any exceptions to supervisor.
10. Understand the bank policies on AML/CFT, information protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance and report problem and exceptions to supervisor at once.
11. Attending to email & phone enquiries from BUs (Business Unit) and other teams
12. Handle internal customer complaint tactfully and ensure responsive problem solving for enquiries from branches and other units / parties.
13. Stakeholder Management with Regional Ops and Product Team, Risk & Control
14. Accept any ad-hoc duties when assigned

• Perform office administrative duties, including reception duties and mail/courier handling, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Manage all insurance matters (e.g. work injury compensation, public liability, etc.)
• Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc.
• Perform general HR administrative functions, such as recruitment, processing work passes and preparing appointment/confirmation letters, leave management and payroll management.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant fields
• Min. 2-3 years’ experience in HR duties and/or administrative functions
• Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations
• Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work hands-on with HR functions/ systems
• Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
