• Perform daily VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI administration tasks including troubleshooting, hardware maintenance and software patches, fine-tune monitoring alert and security configuration
• Provide on call, 24x7 1St level remote and on site supports for systems and networks on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution of quarterly preventive maintenance
• Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
• Performing root-cause analysis to identify Client operating system issues or faults and recommending solutions to resolve them within a stipulated SLA
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
• Review current processes and identify gaps and provide continuous process improvements

As required, lead the post-delivery team to maintain and keep track of all post-delivery projects relating to

• Inventory Asset List
• All preventive maintenance schedules and ad hoc tasks
• Compile and deliver all forms of maintenance reports (e.g. installation report, incident report, preventive maintenance report, ISO report, Etcetera)

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Min 1-2 year of working experience supporting enterprise desktop environment and good technical expertise in VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI
