Quality Assurance Engineer shall be responsible for leading a team of QA personals, maintain quality assurance protocols in a shipyard environment. Manage day to day inspections onsite and shall be the liaison between shipyard construction teams and client pertaining to quality assurance matters.

Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Rig Construction Industry (Oil & Gas Shipyard Environment)

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Research and Development, with a strong background in thin-film deposition, material science, and semiconductor manufacturing. Experience in the mask blank industry is highly desirable.
• Expertise in thin-film deposition techniques (e.g., sputtering, CVD), material characterization methods (e.g., SEM, TEM, XPS, AFM), and process optimization. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is required.
• Experience demonstrating statistical skills in data analysis. Knowledge of JMP, Minitab, DOE, and SPC is preferred.
