FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Strategy and Direction:

· Know and understand the campus strategic directions.

· Define, develop and implement Facilities strategies which will contribute to the campus strategic directions.

· Provide regular updates on departmental strategies to Operations Manager and peers.

Cost Management:

· Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems).

· Management of capital budgeting, staffing and planning for Facilities Maintenance with regard to continuous improvement.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT support with a focus on SAP and related systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot SuccessFactor and Concur applications.

The Global Purchase to Pay (P2P) organization provides P2P capabilities through a shared delivery model that supports Nike’s growth, by delivering standard, optimized and scalable processes that leverage Nike’s Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role will report directly to the Senior Manager Global Business Support and be responsible for the oversight of process execution performed by Nike’s MSP for the APAC (Asia Pacific) region, providing business support for the Global P2P Organization and key regional stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
