• Conduct monthly checks to ensure Tenants/Licensee do not engage or carry out any authorized activities.

• Provide monthly report on tenants infringement and rectification status, works schedule and start of business operations and any others information required by the Authority.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to take on an important role in driving excellence across the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as compliance with corporate polices and procedures, and statutory requirements. He/She will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group. Duties will include:
