Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the entire IT operation and ensure all day-to-day activities are addressed according to the requirements.
• Ensure corporate applications, systems, networks, and digital assets are adequately protected and mitigated against cyber threats and risks.
• Review and improve the IT risk management, governance and compliance.
• Ensure high availability of IT services and perform regular backup of business data and application systems.
• Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.
• Design, setup, configure and troubleshoot network systems.
• Responsible for internal IT Infrastructure System (hardware, software, application, IT related cloud functions).
• Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensuring the technical infrastructure and system resources are delivered on time adhereing to high quality standards.
• Lead for IT Operation related projects for current and new initiatives.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the IT infrastructure field. Proven track record of handling IT operations and data security.

Task and Responsibilities

• To provide necessary support to PaxOcean Group HSE for all matters
• Function as the appointed Fire Safety Manger (FSM) for the yard and ensure all requirements as per Fire Code are being complied with
• Taking lead as FSM or other appointed role within the Emergency response plan (ERP) during the event of an emergency
• To serve as HSE Duty Manager as per manpower scheduling
• Identify areas of improvement within current system and processes and recommend areas of improvement
• Co-ordinate with both internal and external stake holders (Yard Management team, Owners, Contractors, and local government authorities) on all HSE matters
• Ensure PaxOcean safety procedures are up to date and conforms to Singapore and International Standards and align with regulatory requirements
• To strategize and plan out annual department work plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Identification of training needs for both yard operational team and HSE department personnel
• To participate in the evaluation and appraisal for all HSE department personnel’s performance and work output
• To oversee the conduct of periodic audit and assessment of consultants, suppliers, contractors
• Oversee preparation of weekly and monthly HSE report
• Organise HSE Monthly Committee meeting
• Prepare External Awards Application
• Carry out periodic maintenance, servicing and replacement for all HSE assets
• To prepare and submit Prequalification Questionnaire
• Assist to monitor department budgets and expenditure
• To plan and implement HSE initiatives and campaigns

Job Requirements

• More than 10 years of Shipyard / Marine related Experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS / any relevant engineering field from recognized institute.
• Firm and decisive in decision making
• Ability to provide feasible and practical solutions to challenges encountered
• Competent in planning and conducting ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & Safety Management System Audit.
• Ability to monitor and conduct data analysis and trending
• Ability to conduct investigation and root cause analysis utilizing various proven investigational techniques
• Proven track record on people’s management
• Ability to prepare and present concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management team

This is a 12 months contract role based in Singapore

This role will manage key partnerships programs across APAC and EMEA, and will collaborate with Music Label Partnerships and Content Marketing teams to ensure coordinated and best-in-class program opportunities for our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Music Labels Partnerships teams to ensure a comprehensive music strategy that supports our efforts to connect the global community with company
• Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across partnerships programs
• Remain as a source of insights as it pertains to the development and performance of programs
• Elaborate case studies and other education materials to support internal and external parties
• Support the Strategic Partnerships Managers in the planning, execution and measurement of the programs with local and regional labels in APAC and EMEA

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the music industry, including in a program management, project management, partner management, operations or equivalent function
• BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, cultural management
• Experience in music partnerships and program management for global organizations
• Experience in commercial leadership with business development and operational experience with technology companies
• Experience with digital business models and technology
• Music industry experience, including understanding of web and mobile technologies impact on content distribution globally
