Responsibilities

1. Manage SIAEC’s portfolio of joint venture companies (JVCs) in Singapore and Asia Pacific, and oversee their financial and business performance.

2. Network with leading aerospace OEM partners, and regional leadership teams, to enhance SIAEC’s professional relationship and develop business opportunities with them.

3. Analyse and develop key insights into the JVCs to make strategic recommendations to enhance shareholder returns.

4. Engage the JVCs on a regular basis to add value to their business operations, particularly in the areas of Quality, Safety, Sustainability and Risk Management.

5. Work with SIAEC senior management and internal auditors to ensure the JVCs adhere to stringent standards of governance and compliance.

6. Review JVC business plans to ensure sustainable business growth while driving productivity improvements and innovation.

7. Organise networking events with OEM partners, JVCs, government agencies, industry bodies and leading consultants to get updates on the latest industry trends and seek areas of cooperation.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or Engineering with modules in Business / Finance / Accounting

2. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

3. Possess strong problem-solving skills, meticulous with numbers, team player with positive learning attitude, has initiative and is able to follow up closely to resolve issues

4. Stakeholder management skills

Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive levels depending on experience and qualifications. There are some opportunities to work from home for this position.

1. Provide Finance and Administration support for Malaysia Airlines Group of MAB (Malaysia Airlines Berhad), FY (FireFly), cargo, hotels and all other business unit operations at the station.
2. Performing transactional activities that enable the finance, human resources, and administration activities.
3. Ensuring all accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial & business transactions, human resources and administration functions are up to date (e.g., revenue, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payables, payroll, local staff records, local statutory /requirement, admin duties, etc...)

9. Liaise closely with all department in station ensuring all financing matters are in in order and controlled.
10. Liaise with Human Capital Head for all HC & administration matters such as all leave record, payroll matters and other office administration matters.
11. Understanding of budget control and liaise with BU Heads before spending.
12. Act as a pro-active team member to ensure cordial work environment.
13. Undertake additional responsibilities to support / replace other team member roles.
14. Liaison with 3rd party and relevant Business Units/Divisions in HQ /stations.
15. Voluminous workload and obtaining timely information from BU.
16. Work under pressure and tight dateline.
17. Obtaining immediate responds from internal and external customers.

Club Executive (Club Operations & Human Resource), Changi Airport Recreation Club

Changi Airport Recreation Club was set up in 1990 as a club for staff members of the airport community and their families and friends. Located at Terminal 2, the Clubhouse provides recreational facilities and organises programmes and events.

You will be an employee of CARC. As Club Executive for Club Operations & HR, your key responsibilities include:

Club Operations

· Propose and source for cost-effective maintenance regimes or upgrading initiatives for Club facilities

· Report maintenance and facilities faults, propose and arrange for rectification or replacement plans to ensure no downtime in facilities and equipment offered to members

· Facility management & procurement/purchasing - obtain quotes & select vendors for cost- effective maintenance, including vendor management

· Ensure smooth running of Club facilities and equipment during large-scale events at the Club

Human Resource

· Plan for and organise the Club's key meetings (AGM, regular MC meetings)

· Help Club manager organise/coordinate Club-wide staff training

· Procurement of office supplies, office equipment and fittings, including monitoring stock-levels

· Maintain all staff entitlement and benefit records, e.g. leave, flexi-benefits

In addition, you will also be called upon to perform the following Standby Duties:

· Up to 3 working days per week on standby for Counter relief duties

· Up to one month per year on standby for Jackpot Ops relief duties

Club Executive (Programmes & Marketing), Changi Airport Recreation Club

You will be an employee of CARC. As Club Executive (Programmes & Marketing), your key responsibilities include:

· Managing customer relations

o Attend to enquiries via phone, email or at Reception Counter

Job Scope:
