What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Execute administrative tasks to facilitate timely and accurate payouts for CPF members. This encompasses processing applications and transactions, as well as engaging with members via calls and correspondence to address inquiries and concerns regarding their payouts.
• Assist section managers in initiatives aimed at improving processes and services to ensure the successful realisation of retirement decumulation objectives. This includes providing support for user acceptance testing of new or enhanced systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential areas for process improvement to supervisors.

In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results and uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to assure that all our products meet GMP quality expectation.
