• Coordinate the transshipment process by scheduling and arranging the movement of goods between different locations.
• Communicate with Global offices and carriers to coordinate schedules, resolve any issues, and ensure timely shipment transit.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with shipping specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with all safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies governing the handling and transportation of hazardous cargo.
• Monitor and track shipments in transit to ensure best efficiency, and minimize handling errors.
• Address any delays or discrepancies that may arise during the transshipment process.
• Assist in resolving inquiries related to transshipment activities, providing timely updates and solutions as needed.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments / projects when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates who possess at least Higher NITEC or Diploma in Maritime Studies / Shipping-related disciplines are preferred.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role at shipping agency will have an added advantage.
• Candidates with knowledge in Portnet/ Tradenet, MS Office such as Excel and Word applications will be preferred.
• A team player who can work under fast paced environment with good communication skills.
• Graduates without prior experience in the Shipping industry are welcome to apply.

You will be focusing on PERFORMANCE MARKETING role:

• Propose and develop marketing funnel for Facebook CPAS, Google SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN) etc.
• Perform AB Testing to identify appropriate target audience and latest market trend
• Analyze ads performance, and perform ads optimization accordingly
• Generate detailed report
• Analyze digital marketing trends and explore on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube marketing
• Analyze sales funnels & customer intents

What's the skill required?

• Good command in (both spoken & written) in 中文 & English
• Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Equipped with Profit & Loss mindset

Our client is seeking: Sales Associate for Luxury Beauty Brand at duty free stores in Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively meet sales targets

· Share product knowledge to customers

· Demonstrate proper usage of products to customers

· Ensure smooth flow of customer service, maintaining daily housekeeping and merchandising

· Work as a team with store colleagues

· Adapt to fast changes in store environment

Requirements

· Willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays (19-22 9-hour shifts a month)

· Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education

· Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is helpful
