Responsibilities:

Sales

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Required skills and experience:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field or its equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing or relevant role is advantageous.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate with, present to, negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to fulfil customer needs.

• Plan and organize business activities such as business missions, networking events, webinars, seminars and conferences and facilitate the formation of Singapore companies’ participation in local and overseas trade fairs, missions, and workshops. Requirement

This position is part of the Rooms Management Team and reports to the Front Office Manager. This position will be managing the overall guests’ experience overlooking and with direct responsibility of Guest Experience and Concierge.
