Salary Range: SGD9,000-9,500

You will be responsible for financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems as well as effective working capital management to minimize cost and risk. Supporting business units in management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reviewing operation performance and recommending improvements.

Accounting and tax reporting

• Timely and accurate submission of monthly financial & management accounts.

Financial controls

Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

Treasury

• Liaise with bankers for utilisation of bank facilities.
• Effective cash flow management and minimise interest costs.

Business

• Provide regular updates on business performance.
• Support Business Heads in performance analysis and identify issues affecting achievement of business objectives.

People management

• Manage Finance team, including recruiting, dismissing, coaching, training, motivating and counselling the team.
• Enforce HR policies, procedures and practices to the team.
• Perform staff appraisal on each team member.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master degree in Accountancy with a recognised accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant.

Reporting to one of our Account Directors, you will be leading a team of consultants responsible for planning and executing integrated social media and PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead a team in developing and executing integrated PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scope (i.e. earned, owned, and paid media).
• Responsible for tasks such as: campaign ideation; content development (social media content planning, press releases, thought-leadership articles); media pitching; crisis communications; community management; media monitoring and reporting; social listening; performance marketing; social media performance analysis, and more.
• Be at the forefront of relationships with key clients to establish mutual partnerships, and act as their brand guardian; understand their needs and business challenges to propose strategies that will help achieve their business goals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of account operations.
• Support the Account Director in the management of client budgets, and financial invoicing relating to your accounts.
• Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching.

Requirements for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with PR/communications and/or social media management for Account Managers, and at least 7 years for Senior Account Managers; prior agency experience will be a plus.
• Understand content application across all major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or the local (earned) media scene.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and project management for event production in the region
• Oversee the vendor sourcing and hiring processes, including RFP, contract, payment, and reconciliation
