We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to enhance our in-house products to stay ahead of the competition and ensure that they remain and integrated best-of-suite solutions for our clients. As a PM, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, test and launch the new features and new products to market.

Feeling the pulse of the customer, business and market trends is core. Taking all these feedback iteratively, as a PM you have the opportunity to analyze the customer’s pain points, gaps in the product features, innovate on functionality and features, release a beta to early-adopters and finally launching the enhancements, features or products to market.

On a day-to-day basis, the PM involves in working with diverse team members across the full spectrum of software developer services including business analysis, UI/UX, graphics design, backoffice engineering, web app and mobile app engineering. The PM is constantly challenged to balance business viability, technical feasibility, customer desire and time to market to ensure that ideas become features in their product lines.

JOB DUTIES

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations support teams to better understand our clients’ needs and synthesise your findings into the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Constantly in touch with customers’ pains points, needs and desires and scoping an innovative and viable solution.
• Define clear, cohesive functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage time-integrated plans for feature development.
• Work closely with the UX/UI designers to detail out the wireframes and final UX for the new features or products.
• Ensure the objectives, requirements and specifications are clearly understood by the various team members across the Designers, Frontend & Backend Engineering, and QA teams.
• Execute beta and pilot programs with early-adopters and track their feedback and enhance the product features set readying it for market release.
• Develop key performance metrics for products. Track, monitor and analyse these metrics during beta, early-adopter stages as well as a live product.
• Actively conduct reviews, manage approvals, and sign off processes for product feature sets.
• Keep abreast of current product management methodology, latest competitor offerings, and digital trends to help strengthen the team’s deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree of Computing, Engineering, Product Design or related field.
• Over 5 years of related work experience in the domains of product or project management, business analysis, system analysis, process reengineering and consulting in IT / Tech industry.

Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a sub function of Group Risk and Compliance. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, Wealth and Personal Banking, Singapore.

Principal Responsibilities

• The role holder will be responsible for providing ERM coverage over the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) segments and products businesses in Singapore, including supporting the implementation and embedding of the ERM Singapore functional strategy, and developing and promoting an increasingly insightful view of ERM risks
• The role holder will also be responsible for providing operational and resilience risk oversight and stewardship for the WPB segments and products businesses in Singapore, ensuring that both operational risk and resilience risk are managed within appetite. Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the embedding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and providing advice, guidance and challenge in relation to ERM oversight and internal control effectiveness within WPB Singapore
• Supporting with thematic reviews to ensure that the risk and control environment is commensurate with the scale and nature of operations
• Supporting operational and resilience risk management and acting as a key contact and escalation for senior stakeholder engagement
• Providing Second Line of Defence (2LOD) oversight of top and emerging risks, ensuring appropriate management and mitigation of these risks
• Attending relevant control meetings and non-financial risk governance forums, providing both operational risk oversight and robust and timely risk steward challenge of the First Line of Defence (1LOD) view of the resilience risk profile as required
• Applying risk stewardship review and challenge over the Resilience Risk RCAs and control environment
• Ensuring the integrity and timely completion of risk and control identification, assessment and information within the Group’s Risk and Control system of record (Helios) as well as directing documented remediation plans for residual risks
• The role holder will also support ERM coverage for the Singapore Insurance and Asset Management businesses from time to time

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of processes, risks and controls relating to Retail, Wealth, Private Bank, Asset Management and Insurance Segments and Products
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with ability to interact with senior management and other key internal and external stakeholders
• Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment, particularly the regulatory landscape as well as risk, geopolitical, competitor, etc
• Strong level of risk management knowledge and relevant experience in at least one of the underlying resilience risk disciplines
• Prior experience and relevant professional qualifications in data and / or technology and cyber security risk will be advantageous
• BA or BS University Degree in a relevant discipline preferable
