We are seeking a motivated Project Director to join our team in Singapore, to play a key role in developing and driving leadership development solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Translate client needs into impactful learning solutions.
• Produce and manage actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
• Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients at senior levels, including multinational FTSE 500 organizations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management. PM qualification preferred.

The Client Management team in Singapore manages regional APAC clients and works closely with the global teams from London and Los Angeles to strategically maximize the transactional video (TVOD) business, focusing on movies available via Pay Per View, Electronic Sell-Through & Video On-Demand platforms.

We work closely with:

• Multi-territory platforms—such as Apple, Google, Amazon etc.
• In-territory (APAC) partners—such as Astro Malaysia, Korea Telecom, PCCW, etc.

To drive revenues for our movie products, your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Provide support for APAC team to grow the digital transactional movie business in the region.
• Pitch promotional activities to partners to generate incremental revenue.
• Strategize promotional pricing with partners.
• Implement promotional price points using third party systems.
• Monitor digital partners’ platforms to ensure movies are on-store with accurate information.
• Ensure the successful launch of digital movie boxsets.
• Analyse market trends such as pricing and release of new movies.
• Provide support for Marketing such as deck presentations and tracking marketing activities and social media.
• Work with peers across departments on assigned company-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities

Application Testing and Test Case Management:

• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on application requirements and user stories.
• Conduct thorough functional testing of the smart home application.
• Perform compatibility testing on various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper resolution of identified issues and verify bug fixes.

UI/UX Review:

• Evaluate the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the application.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the overall UI/UX design.
• Work with the design team to implement UI/UX improvements.

Application Improvement:

• Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for application improvement.
• Assist in conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
• Document and report software bugs and issues for resolution.

Data Analytics:

• Collect and analyze user data to gain insights into application usage and performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes to improve the application.

Operational Support:

• Monitor the application's operational performance and availability.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues and disruptions.

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and issues related to the application via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide clear and meticulous solutions to customer problems.

User Training:

• Assist in creating user guides and tutorials for the application.
• Conduct training sessions for new users to ensure they can effectively use the application.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Prepare regular reports on common customer issues, operational status, and suggest improvements.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Handle various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team or management.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in software development, data analytics, operational support, user experience, customer support, quality assurance, and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
• Meticulous attention to detail in problem-solving, testing, and UI/UX evaluation.
