• Establish, implement and manage BIM Standard
• Lead BIM Modellers in the discipline’s project team
• Champion of BIM in discipline
• Planning of BIM Resources and Training
• Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE)
• Assist the BIM Implementation Manager with BIM related tasks and contracts
• Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan
• Establish and manage project’s IDD workflow for discipline in project
• Creation of Revit templates based on design team’s needs
• Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
• Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
• Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings
