The Senior Research Fellow will contribute to advancing siRNA therapeutics research, focusing on scaffold design and preclinical evaluation. The role includes conducting studies and collaborating with a team to innovate and optimize protocols related to siRNA therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate siRNA scaffolds for activity, stability, specificity, and biosafety.
• Conduct studies in siRNA synthesis, internalization, knockdown assays, RISC loading, and protein expression.
• Develop and optimize protocols for siRNA-based cellular studies.
• Collaborate with senior scientists and PhD students to drive research and innovation.
