About The Job
Associates Management (AM), a unit under Office of the Registrar, manages the appointments and onboarding of SUSS associate faculty. We also handle associated operational matters as well as facilitate engagement events. We believe that a motivated and engaged pool of associate faculty is crucial to our success.
You will be part of a team dedicated to providing proficient and professional management of operational matters and with particular attention to the aspects of engagement, relations, and people strategy.
Reports to a Senior Manager of Associates Management. Works closely with the team so that selected team members could be released at certain periods to work on the design and development of a new and robust IT system for Associates Management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the end-to-end management process of associate faculty (AF), including onboarding, deployment, contracts issuance, processing of fees payments and proper maintenance of SUSS AF records.
- Coordinate team-based responses to queries from AF and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Offer guidance to AF and internal stakeholders on matters concerning policies, procedures, conduct, contract, and payment on a timely basis.
- Seize opportunities to enhance workflows, procedures, and systems towards enabling effective and efficient management of AF.
- Generate AF-related reports or statistics and give attention to ensure services and deliverables are in compliance with relevant statutory requirements as well as meeting the audit requirements.
- Prepare and support scheduled audits conducted by both internal and external exercises.
- Communicate all relevant updates and organisational changes to key stakeholders, including AF community, in a proactive and timely fashion.
- Attend to any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimally 5-8 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the education sector or HR, and/or Finance-related work is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and presentation abilities.
- Meticulous with strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking, and organisation and planning skills.
- Sharp learning aptitude, self-driven, and enjoys teamwork.
- Adaptive to changes and able to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to deliver and meet various timelines.
- Proficient in MS office applications and data analytics.
