• Be involved in all initiatives and processes relating to talent acquisition. This includes, but not limited to:
• Identify areas to improve the employer branding in all external and internal online/print media
• Partner with Function leaders to understand current and future needs to build a talent acquisition eco-system
• Review and implementation of group recruitment process for sourcing, pre-screening, assessing and interview SOPs
• Develop Talent Mapping tracking for key roles within the group and update them from time to time.
• Provide analysis on recruitment sources within the group and fully utilise the recruitment budget of the group.
• Act as the in-house recruiter for selected positions
• Standardize job descriptions to a standard format
• Conduct orientation program for Singapore new hires
• Support/contribute to other projects relating to talent acquisition

HR Administration:

• Provide employee relations support. Examples include processing new hires, employee changes and terminations, clarification on claims and leave entitlements, calculation of overtime/incentives, administration of referral programs, benefits administration and other similar duties.
• Collate and analyse HR turnover and hiring reports from Australia
• Organise lunch time training sessions for employees
• Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance
• appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
• Assist to communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handle administration of all contract labour
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resource, and at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition experience in both in-house recruitment or Employment Agencies
• Good in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Some traveling is expected

9. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients and partners.
Ensure that all deals are in line with company policies and legal guidelines.

10. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and track performance metrics, such as sales revenue, market penetration, and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

11. Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness.
Act as an ambassador for the business in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

12. Budget Management
Manage budgets for business development initiatives and ensure effective use of resources.

Project Engineer (Traction Power Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the engineering, design activities for electrification projects i.e. prepare and review specifications and check the Operation & Maintenance Manuals for sub systems like 22KV Switchgear, DC Switchgear, Rectifier / Inverter, Track side panels, Depot Equipment and associated auxiliary systems.
• System Engineering support in preparing and reviewing and internal co-ordination with local teams for cross package training manuals and organizing the trainings with operators.
• Work closely with Engineering teams and suppliers for engineering requirement, coordinate design verification with Project Manager and Design Manager.
• Monitor the design change requests, implement action plan for the affected systems until the successful completion.
• Work closely with Project teams, Interfacing, T&C teams including coordination of various System Wide Contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Has acquired strong foundation as an Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the electrification projects for MRT projects.
• Good experience in AC and DC Electrification systems including Control and Protections PLC systems, Interface with AC,DC Switchgear and other Traction equipment.
• Good experience in handling medium to high complexity of solution projects.
• Well versed in Local transportation operators and legal requirement.
• Adaptable to different working environments and customer working terms and conditions.
• Strong and effective communicator at all levels within the Business – and in front of new and existing customers.
