About the role:

• The T&C Manager will represent the Owner’s Engineer (OE) and supervise all testing and commissioning activities of the Contractors. This includes coordinating testing and commissioning efforts related to the project.
• The T&C Manager will lead the OE’s testing and commissioning team, collaborating closely with the Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team, the OE’s design team, and the Contractors. This collaboration will focus on reviewing and refining the Contractors' testing and commissioning plans to ensure timely achievement of project milestones for the EPC Contracts.
