Report to EMAS Executive Director and perform the following responsibilites as follow:-
1. Perform administrative and finance related tasks such as prepare for monthly payroll processing, liaise with appointed agencies to prepare for accounts, invoicing and other financial reports etc
2. Manage the membership related matters and tasks such as membership fees collection, invoicing and attending to members’ queries; Maintain good relations with existing members to ensure renewal of membership;
3. Assist to conduct surveys or marketing contacts whenever there is a need; Create different methodologies or approaches to increase EMAS attraction to potential members; Be involved in relevant initiatives or programmes that will help to brand EMAS positively;
4. Assist ED to meet or exceed key project deliverables eg. membership, internships, participants, events;
Work week : 5 days per week
Working hours: 9am-6pm ( lunch break 1 hr)

Salary range : $3,500-$4,000
