• 10-15 years of relevant business experience with significant expertise in strategy, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or similar fields.
• Experience working in Asia Pac markets with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics of the real estate and construction field / Excellent networking
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
• Expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across different geographies in Asia Pac
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Willingness to take on international assignments (50% travel)

Job Scope:

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate project activities alongside a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure successful project completion.
• Track and manage project progress to meet timelines, stay within budget, and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct system programming and troubleshooting during the project implementation phase.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical and/or Electronics or any Engineering related courses
• 1-2 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors
• Possess a class 3 driving license

What you'll be doing

Job Responsibilities:

* Project Engineering, Project Planning and Project Coordination for BMS / Environmental / Water Quality System

* Develop detail proposal, specification, project plan and scheduling

* Prepare coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects

* Attend Project / site site meetings and inspections

* Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members

* Supervise daily activities such as quality, safety and project delivery carried out on site.

* Work closely with the contractors and the authorities for access, task and troubleshoot site issues.

* Manage project and monitor project progress to ensure smooth completion.

* Provide project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner.

* Attend maintenance issues during warranty period.

* Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at work site.

* Handle project risk management and issues escalation.

* Prepare and manage project costing, proposal and quotations. Sourcing for material and parts

Requirement:

1. Diploma in Mechatronic / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental.

2. Min. 2 years experience in project engineering and management
