1. Undertake the business demands of the retail end, carry out iterative optimization of internal planning of the supply chain, and achieve communication and iteration of optimization plans for the fulfillment model;

2. Optimize the performance model to align and track the achievement of phased goals;

3. The platform initiates other projects that require the cooperation of the supply chain, such as DOC adjustment, rate changes, experience improvement and other projects;

4. The platform fee adjustment needs to be jointly created with the transaction end;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of work experience;

2. Familiar with the e-commerce logistics industry process of cloud warehouse service providers, and has worked as an e-commerce warehouse service provider before, For 3/4PL management and other tasks, resources will be given priority;

3. Ability to independently design and optimize processes, and have experience in resource management related to third-party warehousing and distribution service providers;

4. Have data analysis capabilities, be familiar with e-commerce logistics industry processes, and have been engaged in e-commerce Logistics products, operations, solutions, etc.;

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Compile and consolidate subsidiaries’ monthly performance reporting data, which include sales, costs,
  and expenses actual result and outlook . Account for variance between actual result and budget with
  in-deep analysis of rout cause.
• Analysis and monitor regional headquarter profit status, included preparing headquarter annual
  budget and monthly outlook, monitoring monthly profit status and explaining the gaps.
• Support HQ & Regional Business Units and Headquarter FP&A to prepare for annual budget and 2nd
  half re-plan, which include plan guide development, consolidation of subsidiaries’ plan data in a timely
  & effective manner, and ensures accuracy and timeliness are correctly managed.
• Develop monthly region performance data book and monthly submission schedules, and ensure all
  monthly schedule be submitted on time and historical data are correctly retained.
• Maintain system data integrity, include data-mining, data cleansing and data extraction, new EPR
  development discussion, by working with IM department and external consultancy.
• Leveraging BI tools (Cognos TM1) to provide visibility of business performance, and develop monthly
  performance reports using the BI tools.
• Lead ad hoc analysis based on management requests and operation needs.

The incumbent will oversee the Strategic Relations Office (and possibly the Corporate Communications Office as well). He/she will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, maintaining and leveraging the School's relationships with key external institutional stakeholders, in order to advance the School's strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Strategic Relations Head:

• Identify and develop initiatives that both locally and globally, will propel the School to be the partner of choice, for industry, government and peer academic institutions
• Strategize with the Deanery to formulate initiatives that will take the School to the next stage of growth and success

Service Logistics IT unit supports bringing in new sales, managing projects for onboarding of new customers as well as providing Business Analyst expertise in solutioning of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide system solution that meets customers' requirements
• Manage and implement projects and change requests related to corporate systems
• Provide overall training to AP countries on systems and process deployments
• Convert functional requirement to system requirements, document the EDI specs & involve in testing and implementation activities
• Act as a single point of contact in AP for all training related implementations
