Job Description:

This is a full time role for an M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter located in Yishun/ King George’s Ave. Our client is one of the power plant equipment suppliers in Singapore and you will be taking the responsibility of managing and overseeing all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on construction sites to ensure they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Build team to put together the plan and monitoring each of the activities into completion.
• Responsible for coordinating with infra delivery resources required to complete the infrastructure build, and implementation, working with the infrastructure architects, the engineering team and the build team.
• Highlight and propose a revised plan if there is a conflicting resource, timeline or unrealistic expectation of infrastructure delivery/build time.
• Monitor and analyse the implementation of each infrastructure project. Recommend re-prioritisation based on the sensitivity, urgency, priority, and type of projects (e.g.compliance/regulatory) and the approval requirement.
• Consolidate the plan against the actual end-to-end cost required to deliver infrastructure projects. Recommend optimization of cost by consolidating similar infrastructure components and timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum One to three of experience in project management role, preferably in a fast-face, multi-teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
