Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the town council administration and operations
• Be one of the key officers for the town council
• Report to the Town Council Chairman and serve MPs of the Town Council
• Lead a team of around 70 staff to administer and manage the town council affairs efficiently and effectively according to the contract specifications
• Play a critical role in enabling the town council to execute and implement policies, projects, and initiatives to enhance the living environment and the quality of life in the public housing estates
• Achieve financial targets set by the company
• Maintain customer relations and ensure targets set by the Town Council are achieved
• Assist the team in growing the township business

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 10 years of township/facilities management experience with at least 5 years at senior management level

As a Business Development Manager for an airport transport and limousine company, your scope of work would include the following responsibilities:

5. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

6. Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

7. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the activities of competitors within the airport transport and limousine industry. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and new services to maintain a competitive edge.

8. Training and Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of the industry and keep up-to-date with new industry regulations and requirements. Train and mentor junior team members, provide guidance, and support their professional growth.

9. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and seamless delivery of services.

Job Scope:

• Facilitate the review of accounts/access rights of Contractors who are accessing Government network
  Facilitate the physical access applications of Contractors who are accessing Government premises
  Facilitate service requests from project team to support the project implementation
  Book meetings and schedule events
  Assist in other IT admin and logistics support to project team
  Experience in using MS Office
  Effective team player, able to work independently and yet escalate when encounter with issue

  Requirement
