• Help maintain and service water appliances systems, ensuring proper functioning.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class 3 license or own motorbike to travel to customer locations.
• Previous plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
• Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
• Able to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Scope:

1. Conduct on-site assessments of designated blocks, averaging 7-10 blocks per day.
2. Accurately record and report assessment findings using personal phone/Tablet and submit via Form.SG
3. Record the layout and number of Commercial Switch Room, Telephone Equipment Room / Main Distributed Frame, Pump Rooms, and Lifts in each block.
4. Measure and record the dimensions of doors for Commercial Switch Room, Telephone Equipment Room/Main Distribution Frame, Pump Rooms, and Lifts.
5. Meet daily and weekly assessment targets to ensure project timeline is maintained.

Requirement:

1. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
2. Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
3. Able to start work from 10 January 2025.

Salary: $18/hr + $50 transport allowance

Location: Island-wide

Contract Period: Jan 2025 to Mar 2025

Working Arrangement: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
