Job Scope:
· Manage phone calls and provide support to walk-in students, staff, parents, contractors, etc.
· Carry out administrative duties such as copying, binding, filing, typing, scanning, etc.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
· Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories
· Housekeeping of reception counter and office pantry and setting up of meeting venues.
· Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time or on ad-hoc basis.
Working Arrangement:
Location: Woodlands
Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025
Salary: $2390 - $2580/Month
Working Hours:
· Monday – Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
· Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays: Non-working days
Job Requirements:
· Able to handle front desk duties in a school environment
· Able to perform printing work.
· Able to handle basic mechanical issues with office equipment.
· Able to prioritise and meet services deadlines.
· Able to work independently and a team player.
· Basic MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
· At least one relevant experience.
