Job Scope:

Daily Operations:

• Man the ‘transportation’ and ‘carpark’ role-based email accounts.
• Ensure that the shuttle bus and carpark operations are operating smoothly by working closely with the vendors.
• Process invoices in Ariba for the following services:
• External Shuttle Bus – raise monthly PO / PR and invoices.
• Internal Shuttle Bus – raise monthly PO / PR and invoices.
• Check the monthly carpark’s Statement of Account (SOA)

Other Tasks:

• Investigate and handle 2nd level complaints / issues.
• Spot-check on vendors by conducting physical checks on the ground.
• Conduct audits on vendors and issue LDs for non-compliances.
• Manage event requests for use of carparks.
• Work with vendor for carpark maintenance and re-painting of carpark lots.
• Set up meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data on operational issues as and when needed.
• Keep proper records of documentation.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Nanyang Avenue

Salary: $2500 - $3200 basic + $30 mobile allowance

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Contract Duration: 6 months; from 20 Jan 2025 to 19 July 2025

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with customer service and/or transport operation would be highly advantageous
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a University Campus environment that requires regular movement and onsite observation across multiple locations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Ariba is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to analyze business and technical requirements.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Serve as a technical advisor, providing troubleshooting and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications are advantageous: Networking: CCNA, CCNP, Cloud: Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Security: CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or Virtualization: VCP (VMware)
• Strong proficiency in configuring and managing Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with network technologies (firewalls, routers, switches) and security tools (VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Scope:

1. Be involved in the case management team (CMT) meetings/ operations to give feedback and updates on pupils (within the limits of confidentiality)
2. Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions for pupils who require support.
3. Keep clear and up-to-date records of cases under monitoring (monthly reports for critical cases).
4. Work closely with SDT, CMT and teachers to support the emotional well-being of the pupils under his/ her guidance.
5. Manage cases as designated by Year Heads and Discipline Mistress
6. Conference with staff, parents and external professionals on students under his/her guidance

Working Arrangement:

Location: Farrer Road

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 1:30pm or when necessary between Mondays to Fridays, 7:30am to 6:00pm

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Duration: Jan 2025 to Dec 2025

Salary: $40-$50/H

Job Requirements:

1. Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Preferably have at least three years of relevant working experience in a primary school setting.

Possess professional qualification in Counselling (Eg.at least a diploma certified by a recognised counselling body).
