Job Scope:
Ā· Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies.
Ā· Drive sales and customer satisfaction by creating a positive and productive work environment.
Ā· Collaborate with the management team to set goals, plan and execute business strategies.
Ā· Manage, train, and provide leadership to our dedicated team.
Ā· Responsible for the sales of your team.
Ā· Supervise day-to-day operations.
Ā· Oversee service standards, ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the beauty facilities and good working operation of all beauty equipment.
Ā· Possess a warm and friendly attitude in order to create a safe space for your clients to disclose their skin concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals.
Ā· Ensure each client receives an extraordinary skincare treatment for their individual needs and goals.
Ā· Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice.
Ā· Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modeling our innovative philosophy.
Ā· Perform professional facials and hair removal treatment and other beauty services for customers.
Ā· Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
Ā· Must be highly professional and very detail oriented.
Ā· The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and wellness field.
Ā· At least 4 years of experience at a beauty salon/spa with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics
Ā· Strong understanding of salon standards, policies, and procedures
Ā· International beauty qualifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC are welcome
Ā· Most importantly, we are seeking someone who is a great team player with excellent client service skill
Ā· Possess any diploma in related fields or working experience
Ā· Preferably with experience in similar/related industry; Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc..
