Job Scope:

Daily frontline operations

o reception – attending to public enquiries and public collecting documents such as result of search of marriage records and extract copy of certificate, registering couples for solemnisation at ROMM, assisting public to submit applications at ROMM’s eKiosk

o counter – preparing couples for VDSD interview session with Kadi, assist public for ROMM services

Administrative support

o processing, preparing and issuing acknowledgement letters for cancellation of marriage applications

o screening of applicants for matters such as past marriage records

o processing applications for searching of old marriage records and extract of certificate of marriage (COM).

o ensuring completion of attendance of ad hoc Kadi/Naib Kadi providing coverage of duties

o assigning of cases to ROMM Kadi for follow-up.

o Assisting in the digitisation of marriage records, i.e. preparing and packing of documents for scanning by vendor, verification of scanned vs physical records, saving of scanned documents into eRegistry and packing of physical records for storage.

· Other duties assigned by supervisor

Working Arrangement:

Location: Lengkok Bahru

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Working Hours:

1. Mon – Thurs: 8 am to 5:30 pm
   1. Fri: 8 am to 5 pm
   2. Sat: 8 am to 12pm (on rotation)
   3. Work from office only

• Coordinate and supervise project work on various site

• Follow up on drawing discrepancies
• Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matter

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and a team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Job Responsibilties :

• Preparation of proposal, update and cross check to ensure update of correct information
• Appointment setting for the sales team and liaise with customer
• Updating of photo screenshot/documents of the customer
• Email/phone calls to customer introducing maintenance and leading to sales package

Requirements :

• GCE 'O’ level and above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable to make call out to customers
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to details
• Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Strong team player with willingness to help as needed

This position will report to Business Support Manager and provide general administrative in Business Support to the Business Development team to achieve its deliverables efficiently and effectively. On the job training will be provided.

To assist the Project Manager in implementing the project

. Must have the experience in Diaphragm wall and pilling and

· To oversee Engineer, prepare method statement, drawings, materials, work progress, and other relevant documents

· To oversee project costs are kept within budget and the completion of site activities are within the specified time frame

· To assist and co-ordinate with relevant authorities on submissions, inspections, and testing requirements.

· To perform tasks at work sites.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board

· At least 6 years of experience in LTA / MRT projects

· Must be literate in English and have experience using computer software, and Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
