Bosum Business School, a leading business academy in China, is actively expanding into the Southeast Asian market. We have established a startup company in Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality business education and consulting services to local and regional enterprises.

To further optimize operations and drive company growth, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations and develop and implement business development plans;
2. Ensure efficient resource management and optimize business processes;
3. Lead the team in expanding into the Southeast Asian market, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships;
4. Collaborate with the executive team to achieve corporate strategic goals;
5. Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks;
6. Manage financial budgets to enhance cost efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related fields is preferred;
   
2. Work Experience:At least 5 years of executive-level experience, preferably in startups or international business;
   In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including local culture and business environment;
   
3. Skills:Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and execution abilities;
   Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team;
   Proven expertise in financial management and operational optimization;
   
4. Language Requirements:Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct business discussions seamlessly.

Job Scope:

1. Manage cases filed in the General Division through reviewing, analysing and identifying issues with, processing and monitoring filings and other documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies;
2. Draft reports, notices and correspondence to, and liaise with, internal stakeholders, lawyers, self-represented persons and other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases;

Job Description:

Admission of Advocates & Solicitors (AAS)

• Open and close AAS requests in Intelligent Workspace (IW), including checking and filing of documents.
• Monitor AAS e-Litigation and AAS inbox.
• Process and review of applications/documents, handle electronic filing of documents.
• Upload documents in IW.
• Perform data entries of applications processed in Master Excel spreadsheet.

Archival of Digitised Files

• Extract digitised records from external hard disk drives.
• Sample digitised records against physical materials returned by digitisation vendor.
• Upload digitised records to IW as the repository for all official and finalised records in the office

Printing and Scanning Operation

• Operate print-room equipment, including printers, copiers and binding machines for print jobs assigned.
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and store digital files in appropriate locations.

• Conduct client onboarding exercise and complete onboarding checklist, SWOT analysis and gap assessment during the project conception
• Planning with the team, choosing, organizing, and motivating across different vendors
• Overseeing and monitoring all the Campaign progress activities as per the timeline
