General Overview

The incumbent will be a shared resource between the Strategy & Analytics and Sustainability teams, and is responsible for the monitoring of the energy market developments & trends; supporting the team in the execution of the corporate strategies and regular reporting to the Board and/or senior management team on KPIs performance and action items arising out of various strategic review and business planning activities. The incumbent is also responsible for conducting in-depth environmental, social, and governance (ESG) analyses and reporting, interpreting complex ESG data, identifying trends, and formulating actionable insights to enhance ESG performance. LNG Market Insights & Analysis

• Conduct research and monitor LNG market trends, business models for energy-related activities including new developments and regulatory requirements related to energy transition. Keep abreast with advances and innovation in the energy industry (e.g. technology and commercial practices) that are relevant to SLNG’s corporate vision.
• Coordinate, consolidate and integrate different sources of information for internal & external stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with internal functions and supports the leadership and management teams in developing regular summary on LNG market developments, news and insights and recommendations

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Streamline and set up a strong learning delivery structure for the Academy operations which will enable a good employee experience and is productive.
• Review the Learning and Development Policy to ensure that the policy is updated in line with the learning philosophies and operating model.

The Access & Identity Management (AIM) team is a critical component of Global Information Security and is responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the technology estate.
