• Source, qualify and manage new business leads and opportunities.

Description

The Business Development Manager will support O' Living Pte. Ltd.'s strategic growth efforts through expansion into new locations, fostering collaborations or mergers with other salons and establishing our range of organic products in the market. The role focuses on driving business growth, building partnerships and enhancing brand presence in Singapore. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in business expansion, partnership management and product development in the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Responsibilty

1) Conduct in-depth research on potential locations for new salon outlets by analysing foot traffic, competition and demographic suitability to identify opportunities for growth, especially in under-served markets.

2) Identify potential salons or businesses for collaboration or merger, and lead negotiations while managing all merger-related activities to ensure smooth transitions.

3) Lead the opening of new outlets, including handling contracts, negotiating rental terms and operational setup. Continuously monitor the performance of these outlets and recommend adjustments as needed, ensuring each outlet achieves its business objectives.

4) Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the visibility and recognition of O' Living's organic product line by planning and executing product launches. This includes identifying market trends, understanding customer preferences and developing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

5) Provide detailed reports to senior management on market trends, competitor analysis and expansion results. Develop and adjust strategic plans to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1) Learn how to identify market opportunities, analyse new locations and execute the setup of new outlets.

2) Develop skills in negotiating business terms and managing successful collaborations, mergers or partnerships.

What the job is all about:

The Project Manager, Solutions, will be a part of the Sports Venue and Live Entertainment vertical market team at Ross - in its initiative to increase sales of Ross Video technology in these market spaces. Responsibilities:

1. Project Governance & Optimization

• Establish a framework to monitor and ensure compliance with project management processes.

• Set up review boards for project evaluations, decisions, and risk management.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency across workflows.

• Track and mitigate project risks using risk registers.

• Define KPIs to measure project management effectiveness and continuously improve processes.

2. Process Documentation & Training

• Create detailed project management process guides, checklists, and training materials.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the project management methodology.

3. Quality Assurance

• Set quality standards for project deliverables and ensure adherence through regular audits.

• Support in resolving audit findings related to project and demand management.

4. Demand & Portfolio Management

• Organize and run Portfolio Board meetings, including demand review and clarification.

• Document meeting outcomes and action items, and update demand based on decisions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (Architecture, IT, Service Delivery, etc.) to ensure alignment across projects and meet stakeholder expectations.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP and ITIL certifications required.
• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, business drivers, and emerging trends.

Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans
• Active participation in Business Development meetings to brainstorm for process streamlining and automation
• 1-to-1 & consultations with MindFlex's upper management on strategy building for the company's operations
• Brainstorm & develop new streams of revenue for the company with Business Development Manager
• Execute Business Development plans in a strategic manner

This role focuses on enhancing and implementing the global vulnerability management process to protect the organization and its customers from security threats. You will support vulnerability management across on-premises and cloud environments, primarily in the APAC and Greater China regions. The position involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation, and collaborating with global teams to improve cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and triage security threats to identify risks and potential impacts by conducting in-depth analysis of the identified threat, attack vector or intelligence information
• Support and enforce the global Vulnerability Management strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the APAC region regarding the Vulnerability Management lifecycle (including scanning and penetration testing).
• Rate technical vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation based on business impact.
• Assist application and infrastructure teams with vulnerability remediation.
• Perform internal vulnerability scans and analyze results.
• Review vulnerabilities reported by external researchers and confirm their validity.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technical cybersecurity, especially offensive security.
• Strong experience and understanding of Penetration Testing.
• Strong knowledge of networking, network security, and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response).
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle and scanning concepts.
• Understanding of cyber security standards, threat intelligence, and the Cyber Kill Chain.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation processes.
