Qualifications:

• PhD or other advanced degree in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, life sciences or relevant scientific or management field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

MAIN PURPOSE

The role of a Demand & Supply Planning Senior Executive is to support the overall business, financial & supply chain management process by rigorous management of the demand signals for the various brands, product types and customer channels. They will play a key role in the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by working with the multi-functional teams (namely Sales, Marketing and Finance) to assure tight alignment in the forecast (which will drive the supply, inventory & production plans) and financial plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DEMAND PLANNING

• Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure robust process is in place to facilitate the 18mths forecast development of by SKU & aggregate forecast based on the brands intelligence from the multifunctional teams (eg incorporating latest promotion plans, in-market performance of the new launches, competitive activities, macro market trends, customers’ plans, trade inventory etc)
• Lead forecast building block for New products & build baseline for Regular product range.

• Facilitate local outbound documentations for Intra-regional transfers
• Manage inventory to meet service/fill rate level in a cost-effective manner
• Follow up on shipments for product launches and promos, expedite IVAS for urgent needs
• Partner with key stakeholders regularly and communicate any updates
• Provide & communicate Inventory analysis reports, Vendors’ & Customers’ fill rates, stock shortage risks with Brands’ stakeholders

The team is responsible for developing all of TTS South East Asia businesses - which will involve exciting projects covering user growth, homepage, discovery channel. You'll be tasked with creating a Global e-Commerce Shopping Platform, collaborating closely with engineers around the globe.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop.

2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.

3. Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund etc.

4. Be responsible for TikTok's Shop Tab, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.

5. Research, analyse and evaluate requirements for existing or new web and mobile applications.

6. Design, develop, test and maintain web and mobile solutions to meet the requirements.

7. Evaluate programming codes to ensure that they are properly structured, meet industry standards and are compatible with browsers and devices.

8. Develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

2. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a native Android development environment using Java or Kotlin.

3. Familiar with mainstream frameworks like Android architecture Components, Retrofit etc.

4.. Experience with performance and reliability on mobile platforms, e-commerce experience is a plus.

5. Strong data analysis skills, able to identify product opportunities from technical metrics analysis.

Firm Risk Management

Firm Risk Management (FRM) supports Morgan Stanley to achieve its business goals by partnering with business units across the Firm to realize efficient risk-adjusted returns, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and protecting the Firm from exposure to losses as a result of credit, market, liquidity, operational, model and other risks.

Background on the Position

The role will reside within Firm Risk Management’s Risk Regulatory function in the Risk Chief Operating Office. The role is responsible for leading the Asia FRM team engagement with the US, UK & European & Asia Pacific regulators. This includes providing independent review and challenge of all regulatory submissions and providing advice and support to large-scale regulatory remediation projects with respect to regulatory expectations. The role is responsible for regulatory engagement on a wide range of topics, including (but not limited to) market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, climate risk and data and will collaborate with teams across regions. In addition, the role will support the regulatory risk initiatives and support enhancing of the risk governance in Asia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Firm Risk Management’s engagement with the HKMA/MAS and engage with other FRM teams in the other regions for global regulatory remediation impacting Asia. The role will include, but not limited to, preparation of on-site visits / workshops and information requests; compiling, reviewing & challenging submission materials
• Lead regulatory self-assessments, which are either included in regulatory model applications or which support the Risk Division in ensuring regulatory compliance
• Support large-scale regulatory remediation projects, providing advice on regulatory expectations and reviewing and challenging documentation supporting the closure of project milestones / regulatory findings. The scope could be global in nature to the extent such findings and related remediation have implications for Asia
• Review Risk policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are appropriately addressed; provide technical advice on regulatory rules
• Review and understanding of the existing and new regulatory guidelines and engaging with multiple risk stripes and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Maintain and enhance risk governance at regional level and also across various jurisdictions / regulated legal entities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in dealing with financial regulators / regulatory issues or working on regulatory implementation projects (e.g. regulatory applications for internal model applications)
• Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate, with experience in management by influence, facilitating and gaining consensus
