BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Project Overview: This role involves identifying and prioritizing potential partners within a designated region to enhance the market presence and revenue of our current product offerings. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will utilize strategic thinking, relationship building, business acumen, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills to achieve these objectives.


Key Components:

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential partners that align with the company's goals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and industry contacts.
  • Business Acumen: Utilize market insights and business knowledge to drive revenue and market share.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals to advance the company’s interests.

Deliverables:

  1. Data-Driven Planning: Develop and execute plans based on data analysis to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  2. Client Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through comprehensive market research and networking efforts.
  3. Proposals and Presentations: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the company's solutions and secure deals.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships to extend the company’s reach and access new markets.
  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, actively advancing them through the sales cycle.
  6. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights on competitors.
  7. Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry contacts to foster long-term collaboration and growth.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
    • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
