The SM’s primary responsibility is maintaining stability, service and ensuring the availability of technology systems for the user environment. Given the breadth of support of business areas, the SM is required to be able to multi-task across business units.

Overview

This role will be part of the Workforce Services (WS) department with the Enterprise Technology Services (ET&S) group. The program manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of the operational framework, governance, event management, reporting and structure within the WS Asset Management function.

The Asset Management decommission and disposal function in WS is responsible for ensuring adherence to the firms updated policies and procedures, this includes but is not limited to ensuring adoption of the firms standard inventory tool globally for all off-net data bearing assets, adoption of firm shipping standards and creation of procedures and reporting in support of. Defining global reporting and structure as well as aligned Hiring.

The inventory function ensures adherence to firm tooling requirements and asset Lifecyle management globally, the role will have controls within, and across regions via desktop and/or field level validations. The main objective of the role is to ensure all data bearing assets within the region are accounted for via an offline inventory and any events to reuse or dispose of said assets are executed in compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures, and that asset records remain reconcilable at all times.

The successful candidate will build relationships across different regions and time zones to support the role and WS’s Risk agenda.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure regional WS adherence to Asset inventory policy and procedures
• Program manage operational execution of WS Asset Management function within region.
• Manage local disposal and shipping events. Prepare assets for disposal and/or secure shipping events

- Remove data bearing asset components (i.e. solid-state drives, hard drives, and other hardware declare data bearing)

- Create manifests by identifying assets unique identifiers such as serial number for both chassis and drives, monitors, etc. utilizing firmwide asset inventory tools

• Report on Asset inventory within region and Shipping of assets to location for disposal
• Ensure chain of custody records are being reconciled along the deco and disposal workflow. This includes but is not limited to the following, Service Now Request, Deco Tracker, Disk Tracker, Inventory systems, chain of custody records (e.g. certificates of destruction), etc.
• Proactively validate and verify critical non-data center asset life cycle management policies, procedures and agreements for applicability and control strength.

This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will focus on client delight and growing the SOW based Digital IT Services and technology talent management services businesses of Sciente International in Singapore.

• Take ownership and implement the agreed-upon strategy and account plan to boost services revenue, in line with the business potential of the targeted accounts.
• Client Engagement & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT projects, technology recruitment and tech talent management requirements, challenges/needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with client managers to clarify their requirements and make sure a common understanding.
• Adopt a consultative approach to act as advisors for our clients to formulate the right value-added services offering.
• For SOW based services, work with internal talent acquisition team and do assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles/scope of work.
• Present SOW with qualified professionals to clients, providing detailed summaries and recommendations to facilitate the decision-making process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years of total relevant experience in IT services & solutions / talent management / IT staff augmentation services within Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of local work experience in client services/large client account management are very much required.
• A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
• Essential qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in engaging with client managers, adopting a consultative approach to understand their project requirements.

We are looking to hire a Technology Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. The incumbent will be overseeing the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are completed on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.

· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of project managers, developers, and other technical staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Banking Technology sector.

· Preferred to have experience in managing China/ Taiwan projects.

· Experience of running multi-million dollars initiatives.

· Experience of working on Regulatory initiatives.

· Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
