The Position

We are seeking to hire a Fixed Income Trader to execute orders from portfolio managers and analysts across our APAC book of business, to include cash and derivatives. This is an execution role, but there is significant opportunity and expectation to add value to client portfolios through collaboration with portfolio managers and analysts. Qualifications

Overall Job Purpose

Daily Operations

• Maintain strict cost control of the Annual Operating Budget for each of the assigned vessels.

• Review monthly cost control and approve monthly financial reports before sending to Fleet Group Manager for review.

• Assimilate input from the assigned vessels as well as other relevant departments and prepare each vessel’s Annual Operating Budget.

• Monitor the requisitions generated from the vessel to ensure that they are submitted in a timely manner. Follow up with the Purchasing Department for delivery of ordered items on board.

• Approve invoices for payment.

• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

• Prepare docking report

Overall Job Purpose

Daily Operations

Crewing

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

We are seeking a highly quantitative, process and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the central team of our APAC Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) Team. The mission of the APAC SSPO team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning, driving critical projects in partnership with cross functional teams and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be part of the central APAC SSPO team. The central team covers reporting, planning and operational processes and works with the broader APAC SSPO team and other cross functional teams to drive implementation of strategic decisions. The candidate is expected to combine strategic and operational planning, analysis and decision-making skills with highly analytical insights. Responsibilities

• Support management in strategic, business and operational planning. Support key leadership meetings and offsites, facilitate leadership alignment on key issues and opportunities

• 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in a consulting environment, corporate strategy/operations team, quantitative field (e.g. investment banking, private equity) or similar tech company
