This role involves managing a team of experienced program leads, providing guidance, and empowering them to deliver impactful results. The Director will also be responsible for identifying emerging opportunities and challenges in the region, developing forward-looking strategies, and exploring new partnerships to accelerate the energy transition. Additionally, they will provide guidance to partners, monitor project deliverables, and advise on risk management and reporting.

Management of Program Leads

• Manage a team of passionate and experienced program leads, including, but not limited to, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Organisational Development, providing them with the right guidance and empowering them to do their best work.
