Job Description:

• SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including supporting business process analysis, data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Facilitate open communication and address concerns promptly.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives within budget and on schedule. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Change Management: Anticipate and manage organizational change associated with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 9-11 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred, SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Controlling, Logistics, and Human Resources.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Hybrid deployments is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Oversee the construction by proving on site management and quality control to ensure project meet deadline
• Control of manpower & resources to execute site works within time & costs

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized PE board or Commissioner of Building Control for RE-registration).
