Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil) or equivalent from a recognized University accredited with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Preferably with design, consulting experience and Improvement works to Surface Car Parks.
• Conversant with Eurocode or Local codes and regulations as well as submission procedures.
• Well knowledge in CAD, BIM and other Civil Engineering software is necessary.
• Good project management and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
• Proficient in MS office applications and keen to learn new things.

Primary Objective

Responsible for overseeing the building of large construction projects, such as commercial structures, roadways, and bridges.

Involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination.

Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

Ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.

Key Activities

• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables, manage construction schedule and activities

Job Description

1. We are NGO/charity with operations in Cambodia and Nepal. The Volunteer /Marketing Coordinator will liaise with volunteers who are interested to go to these countries for community or service learning projects . In Cambodia , volunteers will build houses, wells, toilets under the supervision of our Cambodian Staff. Our company has been organizing such trips for volunteers since 2003.
2. You are required to market these overseas trips to companies and churches . Other aspects of marketing will be organizing events (not frequent).
3. You will work with the Social Media Coordinator to provide contents and may be required to do some posting.
