This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in working with chefs and other personnel to plan menus in line with the brand’s culinary direction. Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs.

• Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service.

• Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.

• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.

Buildings now have multiple waste management and recycling equipment that are expected to operate 24 hours a day with minimal downtime. We are looking for technicians that will be stationed on-site to conduct the following:

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and Repair of on-site food waste treatment system(s).

- Requires basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge

- Willingness to handle the odour from food waste - don't worry, we all get used to the smell after awhile

- Personnel required to clear chokages, if any.

2. Engage in operations of on-site food waste treatment system(s).

- For premises that have the tenants bringing the food waste directly to the system and feeding it in themselves, our on-site personnel just need to make sure tenants are using the system properly and that majority of what they provide is food waste

- For premises where the tenants only bring the food waste to the bin centre and leave it there, our on-site personnel must conduct the transfer of the food waste via automatic lifters to the food waste treatment system.

- For premises where we need to bring the food waste from the tenant outlets to the bin centre together with our cleaning partners, our on-site personnel must assist in the whole process (ie push a big bin to the tenants, they will empty their food waste into the bin, and then push the bin back to the bin centre)

3. Managing all other equipment in bin centre

- For projects where our company has to handle other equipment in the bin centre, personnel has to oversee proper usage of all equipment

- Personnel to conduct area cleaning of bin centre to ensure all recyclables are stored neatly

Key Skills

1. Technical skills - NITEC level know how in mechanical, electronics, and/or electrical engineering is a must

2. People and communication skills - you will be site client's first point of contact with us

The Responsibilities:

Manage Inventory Performance

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation between client SAP and internal company WMS; report operations performance on inventory transaction accuracy
• Drive timely correction of system errors. Investigate errors and drive improvement in inventory process to achieve 100% accuracy

Manage EDI Failures

• Investigate failure, report out findings
• Implement interim controls
• Work with internal IT to resolve issue
• Understand the impact of work practice on EDI errors
• Drive improvement

Drive Compliance

• Maintain list of all client’s procedures
• Ensure company’s instructions/procedures are aligned with client’s procedures
• Ensure company’s operations managers update/review RCA (Root Cause Analysis) submitted by operations.
• Challenge the RCA to get to the real root cause.
• Challenge the CAPA to ensure CAPA address the root cause.
• Ensure RCA and CAPA submitted to client is a good quality RCA/CAPA

KPI and SLA Governance

• Review KPI data, ensure accuracy of reported performance
• Review operational issues reported. Trend the issues and drive improvement (actual improvement should be executed by the respective operation managers)
• Track all defined SLA
• Report SLA performance
• Work with company’s operations managers to improve SLA capability
• Drive SLA performance

Biling Management

• Set up internal process to track services provided
• Ensure adherence with client’s contracted rates and billing formats
• Ensure proper record keeping
• Verify activity/ transaction data to ensure billing accuracy
• Provide activity-based quotations for ad-hoc service/ projects

Productivity and Efficiency

• Review activities and time standards
• Analyze operating model to confirm if deployed crew is able to support business requirement

• Provide quarterly assessment and recommendations to client and company’s management

Manage Customer Complaints

• Lead investigations and report findings
• Ensure company’s operations implement CAPA timely
• Act as main custodian for any IT-related matter pertaining to warehouses management/inventory system
