Jobs Responsibilities:
1. To organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting the team during the project.
2. To coordination with others subcontractors on schedule planning.
3. To produce baseline schedule (time and resources) for design, submission, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and inspections.
4. Produce and maintain the good quality work on project schedule, inclusive frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress.
5. Preparation, monitor, maintain and update schedule with design/construction team and coordinate with others subcontractors.
6. Able to prepare contractual required external reporting, as well as internal reporting in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7. Maintain a log of design and site changes, and update the master schedule with time and resources implication due to changes.
8. Any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or others relevant qualification.
2. Minimum Experience : 2 - 4 years related experience
3. Able to perform project schedule on PRIMAVERA and Microsoft project.
4. Familiar with planning or structural works in Building with basement
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills
