B2B CPQ Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • As a Telecommunications B2B BSS Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our B2B order management processes.
  • Your role involves driving client workshops, collaborating with multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale programs.
  • We are looking for a proactive individual who takes ownership and excels in client management.
  • Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Lead and facilitate workshops with 30 to 40 client stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and drive consensus.
  • Order Management Expertise: Utilize your familiarity with Telco B2B Order Management processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of orders.
  • Program Collaboration: Work on large-scale programs, collaborating effectively with various internal teams (e.g., development, operations, and support) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Proactive Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.
  • Documentation & Analysis: Prepare detailed business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions. Stakeholder
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in B2B BSS solutions and order management processes.
  • Client Management: Excellent client management skills with experience leading workshops involving large groups of stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams in a large-scale program environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
  • Telco B2B Processes / Products Modelling /Order Management / Client facing
