1. Business Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and trends in the health food and wellness industry.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for management review.

2. Sales and Market Expansion:

• Lead efforts to secure and manage wholesale trade partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
• Drive product penetration into new markets, including negotiating contracts and pricing with partners.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Networking and Partnerships:

• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and trade associations.
• Represent company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.

4. Product and Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the health and wellness sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demand.

5. Performance and KPI Monitoring:

• Achieve sales targets and other KPIs set by the company.
• Regularly analyze business performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

· Support OEM customers and distributors within the full Sales Process to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law and regulations

· Provide a high level of customer service in maintaining, building and increasing customer confidences

· Responsible for increasing sales and market share in Philippines by penetrating key OEM dealerships, in particular Mitsubishi, Honda and Mazda brands

· Responsible for meeting financial sales targets set

· Responsible for achieving local OEM approvals for main brands; Mitsubishi, Honda, Mazda.

· Expand the distribution network and achieve the targets for sales while working closely with distributor

· Provide ad hoc training to OEM customers and distributors on Product/Technical

· Increase all customers including distributor alignment with the company by implementing a common vision and customer driver culture

Research and provide market updates on Automotive Refinishes trends.

Requirements

· Degree with at least 3 years of sales experience with a good track record of at least 1-2 years in managing distributors and OEM customers

· Proactive in communication skills, probing, listening & presenting

· Highly motivated to drive towards in achieving sales targets

· Effective application of sales process & supporting

· Ability to conduct basic level of technical training to customers and distributors

· Ability to manage and negotiate at all level with distributors and OEM customers

· Good understanding of the Vehicle Refinish Market and Bodyshop business

· Ability to maintain good relationship with key accounts/stakeholders and engage them proactively for future co-operation

Our client is looking for a Business Change Manager, who will report to the Business Management Lead for the Client Lifecycle Management program. The key focus would be to lead complex change initiatives within the organisation’s Front Office and play a key role in shaping and implementing the Front Office’s change management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the change management specialists for the front office.
• Support the Bank’s transformation and change programs in respect of front office engagement and business integration to support appropriate front office behaviors and enable business effectiveness. An immediate focus is the Bank’s CLM TOM Program.
• Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, and change readiness activities which impact the front office.
• Support, facilitate, design, and deliver change delivery, communication and engagement strategies or implementation plans for the front office working closely with or following the lead of the change, including as appropriate:

- development of relevant success measures of change initiatives and drive continuous improvement

- analysis and presentation of structured and unstructured data and information for business decisions

- coordination, facilitation and/or leading of discussions with stakeholders to assess available and discover

alternative options for business outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in change management and leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Relevant experience in or understanding of private banking, preferably in the front office.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate organizational complexity and influence and guide senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Is solution driven, outcome focused and embraces challenges in evolving and uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand and analyse the requirements related to OMS and Custodian systems for US brokerages and translate them into detailed system requirements documents.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), ensuring that trading systems meet business and regulatory needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of trading, clearing, and settlement processes for brokerages, optimising workflows in OMS and Custodian systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations.
• Work closely with development teams and solution architects to provide detailed requirements guidance, assisting in the design of technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test cases, and ensure that the system functionalities meet business requirements while managing issue tracking and resolution.
• Stay updated on changes in the US regulatory environment, particularly in relation to OMS and Custodian systems, and work with the compliance team to ensure systems adhere to the latest requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing system enhancements by providing recommendations based on business changes and technological developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with in-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with US Order Management Systems (OMS) and Custodian systems.
• Strong understanding of US securities market regulations, including SEC, FINRA, and DTC.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements, document workflows, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Proficient in business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
