Responsibilities

Project Planning

· Manage a portfolio of projects with defined project scope and objectives.

· Maintain transparent communication channels between team members and external partners.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

· Work with PMO to ensure issues are logged/Resolutions in place/On-Track Outcome

Financial Skills on Project Viability

· Able to review overall project’s spend.

· GP% status & improvement on a YTY basis

Qualifications

· Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field from established university.

· Proven experience in leading build projects from initiation to project closure

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

· Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills)

· Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is a MUST.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
