Objective
- To spearhead the accreditation process and oversee the entire accreditation process
- To ensure compliance to the highest industry standards
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
- Plan and execute all phases/stages of the accreditation process
- Work closely with interna stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the accreditation project
- Ensure all accreditation requirements, standards and regulations are met
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, and proactively implementing measures to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate documentation of the whole process, including time project timeline, progress and outcomes, and regular reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Continuous improvement and fostering of an excellence and innovation culture
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 5 years of project management experience
- Professional accreditation or quality assurance experience within the testing/calibration industry
- Highly proficient with strong understanding of accreditation standards and requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Able to multi-task autonomously in a dynamic environment with good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
