• Preparation of Baseline programs and Project time schedules on Primavera 6 and MS-Project, incl. updating & monitoring.
• Coordinate with the client’s planner to ensure smooth operation & planning
• Prepare 4 Week Rolling Programme to monitor progress in Weekly Meetings
• Prepare and submit monthly progress
• Report with Physical Progress S-Curve
• Monitor site progress and establish a catch-up program if any delay.
• Coordinate with QS for Site Progress Claims (4D submission) and EOT Preparation
• Keep track of the critical activities and prepare micro programs to meet up the key dates.
• Co-ordinate with the client in the weekly meeting by providing a pictorial representation of the progress and ahead/delay

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Min 5 years experience in large-scale projects with hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for civil projects such as LTA
• Proficient in Primavera P6

Note:

• This role will be based on property site
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Monday – Friday, half day on Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

• Issuing of cheques
• Prepare cash management form weekly
• Maintain cash book and petty cash
• Keying in General Ledger and Accounts Receivables
• Receive payments and issuing of receipts
• Provide administrative and front desk support
• Attend to residents’ and owners’ enquiries
• Other job related and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounting/Admin preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Meticulous, resourceful & motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall business support to sales department to achieve sales revenue.
• Build and maintain good relationship with respective dealers and retailers assigned.
• Constant review or dealers and retailers performance and suggest for improvement solutions.
• Provide support in developing business plans and strategies.
• Assist in product launches activities.
• Provide support in product pricing and product positioning strategies development.
• Prepare and review sales agreements and contracts.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 – 3 years of business support or account management experience, preferably from automotive-related industry.
• Experience in handling channel partners or retail network will be an added advantage.
