Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively across all departments within the company
• Collaborate with Product Engineering team and Product Owners to define customer-centric product features
• Assist Marketing team in understanding product positioning, benefits, and target customer demographics
• Contribute to product materials including presentations, case studies, web content, and whitepapers
• Act as internal and external product evangelist, engaging with sales channels and key customers
• Conduct market research, identify customer requirements, analyze competition, and monitor industry trends
• Manage market requirements and refine them in collaboration with Product Engineering team
• Define and execute a global roadmap based on market trends and opportunities, positioning i-Sprint in the digital identity market
• Develop internal content including sales enablement training and FAQs, addressing partner needs
• Liaise with strategic partners, sales management, and marketing counterparts to track progress on business and marketing plans
• Represent i-Sprint as a product expert at industry events, channel partner meetings, and customer gatherings
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with emphasis on authentication and mobile security solutions
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IAM and mobile ecosystem
• Extensive experience as a product manager, particularly with technical audiences
• Proficiency in product development lifecycle, including requirement review, UI/UX design, and production support
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions
• Track record of building adoption and engagement for new and existing product lines
• Knowledge of mobile/e-banking applications, software/platform architecture, and market research
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Expertise in crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and thought leadership content
• Effective influencer with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region
