• Prepare food at backend for stir frying
• Ensure that all food and sauce portions are according to company’s standards
• Ensure that kiosk is clean and hygienic
• Support operations of overseas outlet
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Able to strive in fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with food, health, and safety standards.

- Set up the restaurant for service preparation.

- Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation and storage areas.

- Receive and store goods.

- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

- Manage inventory effectively.

- Assist with basic manpower issues.

- Supervise a team during service operations.

- Conduct basic sales analysis for store reports.

- Take orders and serve food

- Deliver service during dinning period and ensure customers are well taken care of

- Assist in cashiering
